We all like to have a laugh on the board, we all get involved with banter, controversial topics, and lively debates. But there is a fine line between "Right" and "Wrong".

As some of you may of noticed, two members were banned last week. Kiwi1960 & Imbert.

This is a serious warning to all members. Illegal contents such as child pornography, beastalitiy or other inhumane activities are strictly forbidden to be posted here. We (The board) will not be held responsible for such things, and are faced with no other option but to hand your personal details, such as IP addresses and account infomation onto the authorities like we had to in this case.

We know this is not a common act here at BayW, but its a situation we take very seriously. Please, you have been warned.

Hell, I figured the claims of kiddy porn and such was just a feeble attempt to hurt this site.
People say stupid and out right lies when they get pissed off.

I think you should also add bringing that crap up in conversation like sometimes happens. We hear enough about that shit on the news about perverts. I for one don't want members constantly bringing that filth into the forum in replies or whatever, esp when the topic had nothing to do with that shit in the first place.
It's different if the article posted is about some perve getting what he deserves.

But calling someone that kid of shit like 3Ch0 has done a number of times and unlike other members there is no consequence for it. Other members bringing it up in other posts even though the topic had nothing to do with any of that crap.

We need some morals on the forum. I think banning that kind of talk on the forum should be done too. It's not called for and pure Filth.

BTW... Are you saying someone really posted that crap to the forum? I completely understand banning in that instance.

Unfortunately the above two mentioned members were plotting something against the site, and posted some rather disturbing content. Both their profiles and all their posts have been deleted from the site for good.

I couldn't agree more, Kiwi1960 pushed his luck when he was banned once he was given a second chance to make amends and he screwed that up, obviously he didn't respect the board or the community that we are. if the [1960] part of his username was in fact his D.O.B then he should of known better and behaved like a responsible adult, I'm 22 and i know how to behave i know what to post and what not to post and exactly what to say and not what to say to members of this community.

We went through some drama and a couple of ex-members who were given chances to be apart of us and a great community. The Admins showed great tolerence and it was not returned. They are history and soon to be forgotten as we move forward. We are doing fine and intend to stay that way.

I have been taking a much needed break form the internet....

I've been restricting my time to only a few sites. Anyhow, I'm expanding that list and now will include this site as well.

That means posting.... as well, to a lesser extent, doing the work here.

It was either take time off or have a nervous breakdown.

this is where it gets complicated, Nevyn wanted the site to focus more on the games.... yeah, well... I can take it a step further.

currently, this site is all talk.... (not counting the games as they are not really part of these forums...)

Tomorrow I'll be making major changes, adding areas like "Funny Images" and things like that... more to look at things and laugh and smile as well as talk....

Well.... politics won't start again here till next month... so...

This week... I'm going to be building a hen house... I have the plans which I got off the internet...

But before that, I'm going to do some work on this site. The first thing is upgrade the script to the latest version.

Then... tweak the areas, add a few more, maybe delete a few... or re-order them. I also have a few new games to add... if I can find them, I'll add them. I also have a twitter app to add.

then... after the hen house is finished... the fun starts on this site. But before I can say anything else about that, I will need to discuss a few things with Gadfly and Nevyn!!!

All I will say, if they agree... this site will have much more content added to it from various places off the web, all free, all informative and much fun... and fully automated.

The traffic which this will generate for us will be awesome.

In our street we have a family of Pacific Islanders.
I think they are from NZ but who can tell? Really? Big and stupid with no hope of ever breaking the drunken cycle they live in.
Last night was New Years and they had a party. It didn't really start till midnight when the music cranked up.
By 1:30am I had had enough. I called the Police.
By 3:00am they were still at it and no sign of the Police. So I rang again.
By 4:00am they were out on the street having screaming matches with each other but at least the music was gone.
I fell asleep with exhaustion at about 4:30am when they left the street to obviously pass out somewhere in the house.
And still no Police showed up.

What is it with these sorts of people who think they can just drink till they loose control and piss off every neighbour they can?
I am yet to meet a Pacific Islander who cares about the people around them. I know they have to be out there but for firetrucks sake the rest of you should just shut up and go home.

Go back to the firetrucking Island you came from and throw your party there.
If you don't want to have respect for those around you, you don't deserve to be here.

And if YOU have an opinion about this that is contradictory to mine......
